The Approach
Diane takes a Christ-centered inside/outside approach to leadership development. She works with the heart of the leader to maximize leadership effectiveness. Inside development means, she will show you how to address the barriers to leadership that exist in your heart, and the issues that prevent you from developing teamwork, trust, and authenticity. Outside development involves learning skills you need to lead such as developing high-achieving organizational goals, healthy organizational cultures, exceptional employee longevity, and high staff morale and productivity.
